Refund Policy

At Funnels Genius, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our members. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for our memberships, one-on-one coaching, done-for-you (DFY) services, and digital courses. By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Memberships

1.1. No Refunds: All membership fees are final and non-refundable.

1.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but no refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

Note for EU Customers: If you are based in the EU, by completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access to the membership and waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period.

2. One-on-One Coaching

  • No Refunds for Completed Packages: Coaching packages are sold upfront and are non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been accessed.
  • Refund Eligibility for Unused Services:

    • If a refund is requested before the first session, we may issue a refund, less any administrative fees.
    • Once the first session is completed, or materials have been accessed, no refunds will be provided.

    Session Rescheduling:

    • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited.

    3. Done-for-You (DFY) Services

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits for DFY services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refunds for Unused Work: Refunds may be considered for portions of the service not yet delivered, subject to our review.
  • 4. Digital Courses

    4.1. Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.

    4.2. Eligibility Requirements:

    • You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
    • You have not downloaded any course materials.

    If these conditions are not met, refunds will not be granted.

    5. General Exceptions

    Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

    1. Technical Errors: If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the product or service.
    2. Legal Compliance: If applicable laws in your jurisdiction require a refund under specific conditions.

    6. How to Request a Refund

    • Your full name
    • Purchase date
    • Order number
    • Reason for refund

    Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
